She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlan McCoy and Leitha McCoy; her husband Arthur Sickels; and her sons-in-law, Tim Carnall and Shane Reid.

She is survived by: her daughters, Deirdra Carnall (Jerry) of Cabool, Devonna Francis (Chris) of Stoutland, Areatha Mahan (Mike) of Hartville, Deneane Smith (Shane) of Mansfield and Dannette Oliver (Cameron) of Lincoln; and her siblings, Hope Ward and William McCoy. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren with one on the way, several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
