He is survived by: his stepfather Rick Lease; his wife Karrissa Rider; his stepchildren, Shannon Richnak, Ryann Richnak, Sydney Richnak, Heidi Moore and Mackinzie Monroe; his sister Heather Keth; his nephews, Justin and Drew Keth; and his niece Cameron Keth.
