He is survived by: his brothers, Gary Howrey of Urbana, IL and Mick Howrey; his wife Debra Hanner; his children, Jeffrey Howrey of Park City, UT and Lee Ann Warren (Scott) of Springfield, OH; and his grandson Ross Warren (Cassidy) of Upper Arlington, OH..
