She was predeceased by: her parents, George Allen and Dorothy Allen (Burgess); her brother Steve Allen; her son Jeff Smith; and her granddaughter Danielle Johnson-Burrow.

She is survived by: her children, Mark T Smith of Hawk Point and Janine Smith; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Benjamin, Tyler, Valerie, Stevie and Chelsea. She is also survived by her many great-grandchildren.
