It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Genevieve A. Henebry of Hawk Point, Missouri, who passed away on May 12, 2026, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hurt and Agnes Hurt (Peasel); her husband James B. Henebry; and her sisters, Anne Spilker and Helen Bangert.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Henebry (Dorothy) of Troy, Larry Henebry (LeeAnn) of Hawk Point and Donald Henebry (June) of Hawk Point; her brother Joe Hurt of Millwood; and her grandchildren, Becky Claas (Scott), Susie Toebben (Mark), Diane Rand (Chris), Jim Henebry and Mark Henebry (Audrey). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the McCoy-Blossom Funeral Homes & Crematory (493 Main St, Hawk Point, MO 63349). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (458 Main St, Hawk Point, MO 63349).
