She is survived by: her children, Jordan Riley Forir and Cody James Forir; her parents, Melissia Forir and Gary Swan; and her siblings, Veronica Goldberg, Benjamin Goldberg, Alexandria Dominguez, Antonio Goldberg and Juan Goldberg.
