He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Bell and Margaret Bell; and his sisters, Elaine Bell and Louise Flynn. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Bell; his sons, Matt Bell (Stefanie) and Justin Bell; his granddaughter Ruby Bell; and his brother Richard Bell (Cathy). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and dear friends.
