He was predeceased by: his grandfather Tom Diggs; his brother-in-law Steven Nielson; and his grandparents, Joyce Diggs, Willard and Blanche McWilliams.
He is survived by: his father Jerry Diggs (Nancy); his friend Jeremy Burleson; his mother Beverly G. Diggs (McWilliams); his son Matthew Brown (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Harper, Clara, Oliver and Cole Brown; his sister Julie Nielson (Steven); his niece Shawna Sielert; his nephews, Daniel Nielson (Jessica) and Silas Nielson (Alisha); his brother David Diggs (Jill); his nieces, Sara Schulter (David), Jessica Johnson (Cassie) and Molly Roberts (Brian); his great-nieces, Summer, Gracie, Natalie Roberts, Olivia and Ani Schluter; his great-nephew Riley Johnson; and also Steven Nielson. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Heaton-Bowman-Smith Savannah Chapel (307 S 6th St, Savannah, MO 64485). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, due to Mark's unexpected passing the family has requested memorial donations in care of Heaton-Bowman-Smith Savannah Chapel to assist with funeral expenses.
