She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Roark and Martha Frances Roark (Baldwin); her former husband Gerald Lee Thornberry of Kansas City; her husband Anthony Thomas Plonski, Jr. of Henrietta; her daughter Patricia Marie Plonski; her grandchildren, Zane Thornberry and Emma Grace Plonski; and her siblings, Richard Jones, Marvin Jones, Melvin Roark, Theresa Davis and Frances Maxwell.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Thornberry (Cindy) of Richmond, Anthony T. Plonski, III (Courtney) of Hardin, Sundown Plonski (Kasey) of Richmond, Sherry L. Gilbert (Daniel) of Richmond, Karolyina Plonski (Robert Gross) of Richmond, Dusty Gardner (Roy) of Henrietta and Wendy Thornberry of Henrietta; and her siblings, Stanley Roark, Diona Sims, Deborah Schnoover, Brenda Taylor, Carol Wetzel and Donna Crenshaw. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Evelyn Plonski Memorial Fund.
