He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvil Earl "Sparky" and Margaret Etta Foley (Reynolds); his son Michael David Foley; and his sister Marsha Acree. He is survived by: his daughters, Kendearly Dye (Tim) of Holt, Marketta Foley of Gardner, KS and Jennifer Stanwinski (Travis) of Lexington; and his grandchildren, Chris Foley, DJ Fischer, Mikey Tanner, Allison Dye, Zach Dye, Mara Foley, Katie Cary, Aubree Brose, Emily Stanwinski and Gretchen Stanwinski.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thurman Funeral Home - Richmond (507 E Main St, Richmond, MO 64085).
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Mark Foley Memorial Fund.
