He is survived by: his mother Margaret Phillips (Hicks); his fiancé Bermeta Wall; his daughters, Tonya Dennis (Jeremy) and Falisa Beffa (Tyson); his grandchildren, Tyler Richardson, Lexi Crane, Taylor Sloan, Kaiden Beffa and Kamryn Beffa; his great grandchild Ariel Richardson; his niece Kennedy Nipper (Ethan); his nephews, Zack Breakfield, Josh Melton and Lyle McCallum (Laura); his siblings, Carmen Elders (Robert) and Terry McCallum (Judy); his great-nephew Oliver McCallum; and his great-niece Emmy McCallum.
