Charles Baumstark Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2025, at the age of 94, Charles Baumstark of Hermann, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Baumstark and Melitta Baumstark (Schuch); his spouse Verniel Jane Heying; his son Don Baumstark; and his siblings, Albert Baumstark, Loyola "Mutzie" Schramm and Emil Baumstark.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Huxol (Bruce) of Blue Springs, MO, Daniel Baumstark (Ruth) of Hermann, MO, Denis Baumstark (Kathy) of Hermann, MO and Donna Sue Kennison (Russell) of Moberly, MO; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Morgan, Bradley Huxol, Lauren Norris, Megan Stiers, Rachel Korman, Jamie Epple, Chelsea Rohlfing, Renee Miller, Theresa Whittler, Maura Noelker, Charles Baumstark, Jeffrey Baumstark, Gina Carlson, Amy Sly and Brian Kennison. He is also survived by 38 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home (1221 Washington St, Hermann, MO 65041). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. George Church (128 W 4th St, Hermann, MO 65041).
Memorials may be given to St. George Church, St. George School or Hermann Hospital.
