With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Springer Sr. of Hermann, Missouri, who passed away on May 25, 2026 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Springer and Mamie Springer (Malson); his wife Angela M. Springer (Springman) of Paul's Catholic Church; and his daughter Mary Joan Poole. He is survived by: his children, Janet Neustadt (Melvin) of West Alton, Missouri, Don Springer Jr. (Janet) of Jerseyville, Illinois, Mary Jane Leonhard (Mark) of St. Charles, Missouri, Jeanne Theissen (Chris) of Hermann, Missouri and John Springer (Craig Hoffman) of Wentzville, Missouri; and his siblings, Karl Springer of Brighton, Illinois, Bob Springer of West Alton, Missouri and Janice Samples of Brighton, Illinois. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to St. George Cemetery.
