He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hesse and Anna Hesse (Kemper). He is survived by: his brother Charles Hesse of Jefferson City, Missouri; his nephew Jacob Hesse; his nieces, Kathryn Hesse and Liralen Miers; and his cousin Janette McRoberts.
