She was predeceased by: her parents, Jon Vickstrom and Georgette Vickstrom (Henry). She is survived by: her husband Gregory Mundwiller of Hermann, Missouri; her daughter Dr. Kimberlyn Eversman (Evan Smith) of Columbia, Missouri; her stepchildren, Benjamin Mundwiller (Claire) of Arnold, Joshua Eversman of Columbus, Ohio and Mackensie Hornacek (Christopher) of Maryville, Illinois; her siblings, Kelley Girtz (Russell) of Minneapolis, Kristin Vickstrom of Minneapolis, Minnesota and Cletus Vickstrom (Linda) of Alexandria, Minnesota; and her grandchildren, Reagan, Henry, Samantha Mundwiller, Piper, Ace Hornacek and Oscar Gully.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home (1221 Washington St, Hermann, MO 65041). A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to the Kyla Mundwiller Memorial Fund, a scholarship that helps individuals participate in WeSaid, a program supporting people with lived experience of developmental disabilities.
