He was predeceased by: his parents, Taulbert Todd and Charlotte Todd (Carnahan); his siblings, Richard Todd (Will Ell), Ronald Todd and Janice Todd; his parents-in-law, Rudolph and May Belle Nixon; and his siblings-in-law, Roger Happy, David Huxel and Diane Lionberger (Calvin).
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Todd (Nixon) of Hermann; his daughters, Sheila Witthaus (David) of Hermann and Stephanie Gash (Timothy) of Jefferson City, Missouri; his grandson Jonathan Witthaus (Ronna) of Hermann, Missouri; his children, Kristin Hall (Joey) of Kansas City, Missouri, Russell Cobb (Melanie) of Jefferson City, Missouri, Samantha Wood (Justin) of Catawissa, Missouri, Paige Kirchhofer (Ethan) of Hermann, Missouri and Cody James (Lindsay) of Columbia, Missouri; his great grandchildren, Makenna, Reed Witthaus, Rowan, Lilliana Cobb, Adlee, Audri, Connor, Camden, Cade Wood, Opal, Rudy Kirchhofer and Kieran James; and his grandfather Donut.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home (1221 Washington St, Hermann, MO 65041). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to First Baptist Church.
