He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Lou Ferguson (Avery) and Harley Denver Ferguson; his siblings, Wanda Prewitt, Paul Ferguson and Denver Ferguson; and his son Joseph Ferguson.

He is survived by: his children, Misty Dawn Gully (Jason) and Harley Daryl Ferguson; his siblings, Brenda Ferguson Fox of Moberly, Missouri, Lynn Ferguson (Cindy) of Clifton Hill, Missouri, Laurie Hurt of Salisbury, Missouri and Carla Ferguson of Moberly, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Jaylyn, Connor, Maddi, Layne, Averi, Lissi, Harlyn and Laekyn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and countless friends.
