It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hugo Lyle Soendker Jr. of Higginsville, Missouri, who passed away on February 6, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Hugo Soendker Sr. and Mary Ellen Soendker (Schieber); his wife Margaret Soendker (Bailey); his siblings, Henry Soendker, Anna Mary Soendker and Dorothy Hanson; his siblings-in-law, Leon Hanson and Shirley Bertz; and his stepgrandson Mark Lents.
He is survived by : his children, Roger Soendker (Rose) of Indianapolis, IN, Greg Soendker (Lisa) of Odessa, MO and Debra Soendker (Scott Schlick) of Liberty, MO; his sisters, Julianna Justice (John) and Cynthia Blausey (David); his grandchildren, Ryan Soendker (Lauren), Racheal Soendker, Shannon Gowe (Arence) and Skyler Schlick (Quincie); his great grandchildren, Allie, Avalee Soendker, Lucie, Chloe Gowe, Sterling and Quailin Schlick; and his stepgrandsons, Greg Lents and Randy Lents. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
