James Smith Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Smith of Higginsville, Missouri, who passed away on July 19, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Edward and Mae Victoria Smith; and his son James G. Smith Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Carol Smith; his daughters, Teresa Proyer of Warrensburg and Karen Webber (Dean) of Clinton; his sisters, Katheryn Jones of Raymore and Joyce Smith (Carl) of Bullard; his grandchildren, Joseph Terry (Hope), Benjamin Terry, Amanda Tenholder (Matt) and Lacie James (Doug); and his great grandchildren, Ryles Terry, Adrian Terry, Jude Terry, Alison Tenholder, Madysen Faulkenberry, Macey Tenholder and Alexander James.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Clinton VFW Post 1894 or St Jude Children's Hospital and may be left in care of the funeral home.
