With sadness, we share the passing of Larry George Greife (Higginsville, Missouri). Larry, born on July 6, 1949, passed away on August 29, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Larry for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Greife and Fred Greife; his son Matthew Greife; and his sister Delma Giger. He is survived by: his significant other Shari Greife; his children, Todd Greife and Rebecca Phillips; his son-in-law Chet Phillips; Shanna Greife. He is also survived by his son and friends and wetting a line with his son-in-law.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stewart-Hoefer Funeral Home, Inc. (1600 N Main St, Higginsville, MO 64037). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
