He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond J. Collins and Luceil Collins (Olmstead); his wife Mary Collins; his daughter Miranda; and his brothers, Larry Collins and Walter Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Tina Ayers (Doug) of Mooresville, Robert Collins (Dawn) of Blue Springs, MO and Melanie Wade (Terry) of Warsaw, MO; and his sister Cheryl Powell of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
