He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Jarvis and Iris Jarvis (Miles); his siblings, Buddy Jarvis, Zella Malone (Jarvis), Jan Burdette (Jarvis) and Steve Jarvis; his niece Debra; and his nephews, Tony and Bryan.

He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Jarvis (Jordan); his sons, Mark "Smoky" Jarvis, Mike (Vickie) and Mitch (Jill); his grandchildren, Brooke Stark (Jarvis), Tyler Jarvis, Grady Jarvis, Rick Ganther, Zachary Jarvis and Lauren Jarvis; his great grandchildren, Aidan, Blaine, Kendall, Jett, Knoxx, Brixtyn and Brexleigh; his great great grandchild Adalynn; and his nieces and nephews, Diane Malone, Tiffany Gower, Patty Page, Kim Freeman, Tamela Campbell and Bobby Burdette.
