He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Garn and Phyllis Garn (Keesecker). He is survived by: his wife Kelly Garn (Shaw) of High Ridge; his sons, Isaiah Garn (Jennifer) of Union and Zach Garn (Jessica) of St. Clair; his grandchildren, Kenton, Haven and Harper; his siblings, Mary Tabbert (Jim) of Oak Harbor and Kevin Garn of Oak Harbor; and his brother-in-law Bryan Shaw (Cindy) of Virginia. He is also survived by uncle, cousin, other relatives and many friends.
Memorial donations can be made to the Mount Zion Church of St. Clair.
