He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Clark and Lottie Lorene Clark (Fancher); his wife Priscilla "Pat" Wakefield; and his sister Gracie Taylor. He is survived by: his children, Mike Clark (Janet), Tim Clark (Karen), T. R. Clark, Laura Pacino (Scott) and Matthew Clark; his grandchildren, Alex of Jake, T. J., Chris, Danny, Stefanie, Kristin, Tristan, Lauren, Brendan, Taylor, Jonathan and Ashley; and his brother Jake Clark. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
