He was predeceased by: his parents, Lemion Samuel Middleton and Alberta Opal Middleton (Briley); his son Jeremy Scot Middleton; his siblings, Stanley Leroy Middleton, Carlos Ray Middleton, Lemion Merlin Middleton, Deborah Marler and Tonya Blackwell; and his great grandchild Genesis Middleton.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jane Middleton of Hillsboro, Missouri; his sons, David Samuel Middleton (Amanda) of Noblesville, Joshua Caleb Middleton of Imperial and Timothy Randall Middleton of Hillsboro, Missouri; and his sister Faye Stahlschmidt (late Jim) of High Ridge, Missouri. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; along with many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, extended family members, and dear friends.
