He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Jean Noonan (Wilson); his children, R. Jason Noonan of Arizona, Jennifer Jean Pauga (Joey) of Texas and Chelsea Wallis (Jesse) of Marceline; his grandchildren, Paige, Kaci, Mallerie, Presley, Keilani, Keil, Masinaoleafiafi, Kovana, Ashlyn, Lexi, Kimber, Carter, Wyatt and Dakota; his great grandchildren, Neal, Burke, Warren, Blade Dennis and Grayson; his sister Melanie Seitz (Mike); Brian Riley (Jennifer) of Arizona.
