It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Westfall of Hillsboro, Missouri, who passed away on February 25, 2026, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Chester and Ruth Edna Montgomery; her husband James Franklin Westfall; her sons, Robert "Bob" Westfall and Bryan Lee Westfall; and her sister Bette Drinen (Lawrence).
She is survived by: her daughter Stephanie Votrain; her granddaughters, Meckenzie Westfall and Whitney Stephenson (Sam); her great grandchildren, Brie and Brooke; her daughter-in-law Penny Westfall; and her brother Doug Montgomery (Pam). She is also survived by neighbors and friends.
