Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home - Highland (1501 9th St, Highland, IL 62249). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
