He was predeceased by: his wife Jacquelyn A. Placke; and his parents, Harold Placke and Edna Placke (Nelson). He is survived by: his grandson Richard Placke (Stacia); his children, Jeffrey Placke and Kara Smith (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Landyn Placke and Audrey Placke.
