He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Mullins and Thelma Wagner Mullins; his stepfather Christen Wagner (Joyce J.); and his brother Leroy Mullins. He is survived by: his son Tim Mullins (Claudia) of Crystal City, MO; and his grandson Zachary Fields.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Peaceful Meadows Cemetery.
