He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Walls and Blanche Walls; and his siblings, Iris Newman, Earl Walls and Michael Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Walls; his children, William E. Walls Jr., Greg Walls (Karen) and Lisa Richards (Larry); and his siblings, Walter Clark and Lenora Clark. He is also survived by three grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
