He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Rawson Oxley; his sister Robin Jones; and his niece Megan Oxley. He is survived by: his father Kenneth Oxley; his stepmother Evelyn Oxley; his brothers, Timmy Fortune (Debbie) of Virginia and Eddie Oxley (Margie) of Scott City; his niece Melissa Jones (Joe Velasques) of Campbell; his close friend Kristi Dye of Holcomb; his children, Amy Lee Wade of Ohio and Thomas Mitchell Fortune, Jr. of Ohio; and his stepbrothers, Christopher Smith (April Evans) of Poplar Bluff and Patrick Oxley of Poplar Bluff.
