He was predeceased by : his stepdaughter Carolyn Simpson. He is survived by : his wife Pat; his stepchildren, David McGrew of Holden and Amber Hoskins of Holden; and his children, Paul Preston (Christina) of Branson, MO, Anthony Mulanax (Cheryl) of Clarksville, AR, Patty Mefford (Aubrey) of Clarksville, AR and Angela Yarbrough (Gary) of Clarksville, AR. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 10 step grandchildren; 2 step great grandchildren.
