She is survived by: her daughter Alice Perkins Kilgore; her siblings, Walter, Frederich, Henry, Paul, Herman, Albert, Carl, Louise, Frieda, Liena, Elsie, Minnie, Lillian and Alba; her husband James; her sons, Dale Perkins (Dee) of Holden, MO, Brian Perkins of Olathe, KS and Scott Perkins (Jana) of Overland Park, KS; her grandchildren, Arica Kilgore (Nathan), Leslie Perkins (Caleb), Malcolm Perkins (Lauralei) and Faye LaVassor; and her great grandchildren, Abbigail, Isaac, Emmalie, Mason, Evan, Cayle, Lucas, Autumn and Austin.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to New Life Fellowship Children's Ministry.
