It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melinda Lou Strate of Holden, Missouri, who passed away on October 5, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy O'Neal and Mabel Lewis O'Neal; and her brother-in-law Curt Warren. She is survived by : her husband Gene Strate; her sister Violet Warren of Holden; her daughter Terry Sisk (Glenn) of Holden; her grandchildren, Margaret Warren, Curtis Warren, Josh Sisk and Jake Sisk; and her great grandchildren, Caroline and Conor Sisk.
In honor of Melinda's great love of pets, the family suggests memorials to The Humane Society of America in her name.
