She was predeceased by: her father Jerome "Jerry" Rapp; and her brothers, Lawrence Rapp and Christopher Rapp. She is survived by: her mother Frances Rapp (McKinney); her husband Brad Hammons; her children, Josh Ervin (Dee), Dustin Hammons (Shelby), Cristena Morgan, Lora Hibdon (Jeremy), Katherean Henrich (Scott) and Amy Knight (Kyle); and her siblings, Joseph Rapp (Debbie), Cheryl Crowson (Mark Viergutz) and Elizabeth Mangiaracina. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
