He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry K. Zvacek and Mary Jane Zvacek (Schroeder); and his brother Jerry Wayne Zvacek. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Ruth Shroyer; his children, Ashley Duncan (Jeffrey) of Holden, MO and Alan Zvacek (Carol) of Holden, MO; his sister Lisa Pemberton (Joel) of Holden, MO; his stepmother Pat Zvacek of Springfield, MO; his grandchildren, Toby Duncan (Mikayla), Jarren Duncan (Makinzie) and Tam Duncan; his great grandchildren, Casey Everett Gene Duncan and Jace Gayle Duncan; and his parents-in-law, Kermit and Ruth Shroyer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial Contributions may be left to Johnson County 4-H or Johnson County Cancer Foundation in care of Williams.
