He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferris Sylvester and Velma Robinson Sylvester; and his brother Ferris Sylvester. He is survived by: his wife Bessie Stout Sylvester; his children, William Sylvester of Utah, Brandi K. Hall and Treva Lou Pounds; and his sister Sherlene Vance. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
