He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Fisher and Dorothy Fisher (Hart); his wife Juanita Fisher; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Nathen and Genna.
He is survived by: his children, Tammie Jones (Robert) of Hollister, MO and Todd Fisher (Terry) of Altoona, IA; and his siblings, Ernest Fisher of Arizona and Jean Mefferd of Arizona. He is also survived by six grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
