He is survived by: his children, Vickie Shaffer of Cleveland, OK, Susan Davis (Daryl) of Powersville, MO, Earnest West (Susan) of Weeping Water, NE, Daniel West (Danette) of Branson, MO and James West (Connie) of Corydon, IA; and his siblings, Wilma Martin of Des Moines, IA and Robert West of Lamax, IL. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
