He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda May (Don) of Lavana, Ark and Amy Stephenson Ozark (Jeff Allison); his father Perry Stephenson; his brothers, Wade Stephenson (Becky) of Springfield and Wayne Stephenson (Carole) of Ozark; and his grandchildren, Noah and Melody.
