He is survived by: his wife Sheron Dodge of Hollister, Missouri; his sons, Robert Nathan Dodge of Anchorage and Adam Dodge (Amy) of Wagoner; his grandchildren, Reina, Kamryn, Kevin, Benjamin, Eliana and Joella; his great grandchild Rylix; and his siblings, Mike Dodge (Karen) and Carolyn Page (Chris).
