He is survived by: his daughters, Annette Christine Lamb (Larry Johnson) of Teasdale, Utah, Allison Ruth King of Hollister, Missouri and Arrion Sue Rathsack (Ben) of Austin, Texas.; and his grandchildren, Alex and Kaylee Rathsack.
