He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Franklin and Eunice Maxine Tester (Blankenship); and his sister Andrea Sue Smith. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Hartsock; his children, Sarah Moyer (Jerry), Rachel Schemm (Jesse) and Paul Tester (Tiffany); and his grandchildren, Hannah, Matthew Moyer, Axel, Emma, Josephine Schemm, Andrew, Makayla and Sadie Tester. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital or donor's favorite charity.
