It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Denzil Mosier Hughes of Holt, Missouri, born in Caplinger Mills, Missouri, who passed away on May 13, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Darrel Ervin Hughes and Orpha Lee Hughes (Stacks); and his siblings, Marvin Hughes and Marilyn Stockdale. He is survived by : his son Denny; his wife Linda Gail Harris; his siblings, Phyllis O'Brien and Donald Hughes; his children, Nick Hughes (Erin), James Hughes (Sara), Tracy Ortmeyer (Jeff) and Doug Hughes (Blaire); and his grandchildren, Abigail, Riley, Mackenzie, Michael, Josie, Preston, Logan, Henry, Gordon, Ruby and Lucy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
