He was predeceased by: his parents, Connie Sue Prouse and Rex Prouse, Sr.; his stepdaughter Sierra Edwards; and his niece Kelsey Hensley. He is survived by: his significant other Angela Craven; his children, Rex L. Prouse, III and Hannah Prouse; his stepchildren, Kyra Edwards, Alex Holden, Samantha Hougland, Ryan Becker, Decklynn Becker, Tucker Sauceda, Jenna Haswell and Anna Haswell; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Green, Dean Mason, Iris and Izden Holden; and his sisters, Christy Cortez, Trisha Prouse and Tina O'Flynn. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
