He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arnold Stevens and Wanda Ludean Henson Stevens; and his brother Jerry Stevens. He is survived by: his daughters, Maggie Stevens Kingman and Katie Stevens Maidment; his grandsons, Jamison, Carter, Brady and Carson; and his sister Sandy Stevens Reichert. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
