He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth O. Richard and Virginia L. Richard. He is survived by: his wife Becky L. Richard; his children, Anthony Richard (Tracey Richard) and Tara Fricke (Josh Fricke); his grandsons, Trey, Caden, Alex and Jack; and his brothers, Larry Richard, Robert Richard (Lana Richard) and David Richard (JoAnn Richard).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fry-Bross and Spidle Funeral Home (208 S Jefferson St, Kearney, MO 64060). The military honors was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
