He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Emmanuel Sarber, Jr. and Ruth Marion Sarber; his wife Loretta; and his daughter Malinda Ramirez (Bob). He is survived by: his sisters, Patsy Ann, Barbara Jean and Vickie Lorraine; his children, Steven Sarber, Michael Sarber, Theresa Sanchez (Carl), Carla Conley (Ron) and Gina Smith (Doug); and also Steven Rodger Sarber. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren and thirty-one great-grandchildren.
