He is survived by: his parents, John Sooter and Brenda Sooter (Wilgrubs); his wife Angela Sooter; his children, Gavin Sooter, Chloe Sooter, Avarie Edwards and Hadlee Sooter; and his sisters, Lachelle Basham (Jordan) and Breanna Jarvis (Grant).
